The inspection is of average rating
I am really overwhelmed by the central inspection system provided by your department. It is good initiative developed by the govt and will help in reducing the time for overall service delivery. During the inspection day, the officials were very helpful in understanding our system and helping us in ensuring inspection compliance. The whole inspection completed within a day and inspecting officials submitted the report to their respective departments on time, as gathered from my application flow on the HEPC portal. I am sure that the current system will strengthen and set a benchmark in the country.
I am a small factory owner. I applied for services pertaining to my factory on HEPC portal. It was unbelievable to know from the HEPC portal that the inspection will be done within a day. When I completed the application, a date was allotted to me on which the inspection took place. I was quite surprised that the inspectors from all concerned departments completed the inspection within 6 hours. After inspection, I got the update on my application the very next day and approval within 3 weeks.
The Government of Haryana has constituted a "Central Inspection System" as part of “Ease of Doing Business” for improving the inspection system with an objective to ensure clarity on inspections, frequency of inspections, and reducing duplications. This Inspection System aims to achieve the objective of simplifying business regulations and bring in transparency and accountability in inspections and ensure synchronized Department of Industries (Boilers), Labour Department and Haryana State Pollution Control Board (HSPCB) based on risk based assessment.
